About Halvor One
Halvor is an Old Norse name. It means guardian of the rock. We chose it because that's what this is about: holding firm.
Halvor One started with a simple question. Why do so many men over 50 get told it's their age, when nobody has asked about the muscle? It's not your age. It's the muscle that holds it. An erection needs two things. Blood in. A muscle to hold it. Pills help with the first. Nobody trains the second. Pills fill. Muscle holds.
So we built a system around that muscle. Two phases. Phase 1 is strength: the Halvor Strength Trainer adds real resistance to the pelvic floor, with a counter so you know you did the work. Phase 2 is endurance: the Halvor Endurance Trainer builds staying power and control. Strength first. Then staying power. Ten minutes a day, five days a week, at home, with a plan that tells you exactly what to do for eight weeks.
