These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Halvor One products are general wellness and fitness devices designed to support pelvic floor muscle training. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual results vary. Consult your physician before use if you have a medical condition, a pacemaker or implanted device, or have had recent pelvic or prostate surgery. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.

That is the short version. Here is what it means in plain words.

What Halvor One is

The Halvor One 2-Phase System is a home training system for the pelvic floor muscles. The Halvor Strength Trainer adds resistance so those muscles work against something. The Halvor Endurance Trainer is used to train endurance and control. Both are general wellness and fitness devices. Think of them the way you think of a resistance band or a grip trainer: tools for a muscle, used on a schedule.

What Halvor One is not

  • It is sold as a general wellness and fitness device, not as a medical device.
  • It is not a medication or a replacement for one.
  • It is not a treatment for erectile dysfunction, incontinence, prostate conditions or any other medical condition.
  • It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • It is not a substitute for a visit to your physician.

When we say Halvor One supports firmness, control and confidence, we mean it the way a gym supports strength: through training, over weeks, with results that depend on the person and on the consistency of the work.

Talk to your physician first if

  • You have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device.
  • You have had pelvic, prostate, bladder or hernia surgery in the last 12 months.
  • You have a diagnosed medical condition, including heart disease, diabetes, a bleeding disorder or a neurological condition.
  • You have pelvic pain, blood in your urine, an active infection or skin irritation in the area.
  • You take blood thinners or medication for erectile function or blood pressure.
  • You are unsure whether pelvic floor training is appropriate for you.

Changes in firmness can be an early sign of other health conditions. If something has changed, see your physician. Use Halvor One alongside medical care, never instead of it.

Stop use and consult a physician if

  • You feel pain, not just muscle effort.
  • You notice numbness, tingling, swelling or bruising.
  • You see bleeding or skin damage.
  • You feel dizzy or unwell during a session.

Medications

Do not stop, start or change any medication because of anything on this site. Only your physician can advise you on that.

About the research we mention

Where we reference science, we reference published, peer-reviewed research on pelvic floor muscle training in general. For example, Dorey and colleagues, BJU International, 2005, reported that in a randomized trial of 55 men, pelvic floor muscle training restored normal erectile function in 40 percent of participants and improved function in another 35.5 percent. These studies did not test Halvor One. They studied the type of training, not our devices. We share them so you understand why we focus on the muscle, not to promise you the same outcome.
