What exactly is the Halvor One 2-Phase System?

It's a private home training system for the pelvic floor, the small muscles at the base that help hold an erection. Two devices, two phases. Phase 1 is the Halvor Strength Trainer: a V-shaped resistance trainer. You sit, place it between your knees and squeeze. The counter on top counts every rep. Phase 2 is the Halvor Endurance Trainer: a rechargeable trainer for endurance and control. Strength first. Then staying power. Ten minutes a day, five days a week, with the 8-Week Halvor Protocol telling you what to do each week.

Why not just do Kegels?

Kegels squeeze against nothing, so it's hard to tell if you're working the right muscle or how hard. The Strength Trainer adds real resistance, so the muscle has something to squeeze against, and the counter on top shows every rep. You know you did the work. The same way a dumbbell beats waving your arm.

What does the Endurance Trainer do?

Phase 1 builds strength. Phase 2 builds staying power. The Endurance Trainer gives that muscle something to hold against for a timed 5 minutes, so you practice control under real conditions instead of guessing. Is it complicated to use?

Is it loud?

The Strength Trainer is silent. It's a mechanical trainer with a counter. The Endurance Trainer has a small, quiet motor.

Do I use it through clothes?

Yes. You use the Strength Trainer through your clothes, sitting in a chair, on the couch or at your desk. It looks like a piece of gym gear, because that's what it is.

Is this just another gadget?

A gadget promises a result. This is a trainer for a muscle. Pelvic floor training has real research behind it, but it's easy to quit when you squeeze against nothing and never know if it's working. How long does the routine take?

About 10 minutes a day: 5 minutes of Strength, 5 minutes of Endurance. Five days a week. The 8-Week Protocol goes in four steps. Weeks 1 and 2: Activate. Weeks 3 and 4: Strengthen. Weeks 5 and 6: Endure. Weeks 7 and 8: Control. After week 8, you can keep a shorter maintenance routine.

When do men usually notice a difference?

Muscle work takes weeks, not days, which is why the Protocol runs 8 weeks. Some men feel they can find and control the muscle sooner, others take longer. Everyone is different. I'm in my 60s. Is this for me?

Yes. It's not your age. It's the muscle that holds it, and a muscle can be trained at any age. Halvor One was designed for men 45 to 70. The resistance is gentle to start and the Protocol builds up slowly. If you can sit in a chair and squeeze your knees together, you can do Phase 1. If you have a medical condition, a pacemaker or implanted device, or had recent pelvic or prostate surgery, talk to your physician first.

What if pills haven't worked for me?

Pills and Halvor One do different jobs. An erection needs two things: blood in, and a muscle to hold it. Pills help with the first part for a few hours. Halvor One trains the second part. Pills fill. Muscle holds. Halvor One is a wellness training device, not a medication, and it's not a treatment for any medical condition. If pills haven't worked for you, talk to your physician about why. Don't stop or change any medication without talking to your physician.

Is it safe if I take medication?

Halvor One is sold as a general wellness and fitness device, not as a medical device. It's not a medication and doesn't replace one. If you take blood thinners or medication for erectile function or blood pressure, have a medical condition, a pacemaker or implanted device, or have had pelvic or prostate surgery in the last year, consult your physician before starting. Is there real science behind pelvic floor training?

Yes, on pelvic floor training in general. In a randomized trial of 55 men published in BJU International in 2005, Dorey and colleagues found that pelvic floor muscle training restored normal erectile function in 40 percent of men and improved another 35.5 percent. These studies did not test Halvor One. They tested the type of training our system is built around. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Is my order discreet?

Completely. Your order arrives in a plain box with no logo and no product name on the label. The return address shows a neutral company name. Your card or bank statement shows a neutral company name too, not Halvor One or the product. We don't share what you bought with anyone for their marketing. Nobody needs to know. Not even the delivery driver.

How fast is shipping? What does it cost?

Shipping is free. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. Free Shipping takes 8 to 15 business days after that. Want it sooner? Express Shipping is $3.17, less than a cup of coffee, and takes 5 to 9 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

Do you ship outside the United States?

How do I track my order?

Check the shipping confirmation email. It has your tracking link. The first scan can take 24 to 72 hours to appear. If nothing shows after 3 business days, or tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, email support@halvorone.com with your order number and we'll trace it. If a package is lost, we replace it or refund you. Your choice.

Is there a subscription or refill?

No. You pay once and you keep the devices. No subscription, no refills, no monthly charge. The only part that wears is the Endurance Trainer sleeve, and replacements are available from support when you need one. ELITE includes a spare.

How does the 90-day money-back guarantee work?

Use the system for up to 90 days from delivery. Why 90 and not 30? Because muscle takes weeks. We want you to judge the result, not the promise. If you don't feel the difference, email support@halvorone.com with your order number. We send return instructions within 24 hours on business days. Ship everything back. You cover the return postage; we cover it if an item arrived damaged or defective. Everything else, including Express Shipping if you paid for it, is refunded. Your refund is issued within 5 to 10 business days after we receive it. Used items are fine. Returned sleeves are never resold, and that doesn't change your refund. It applies to both the Combo and the Combo ELITE.

What does the warranty cover?

If a device fails under normal use, we replace it free. That covers the motor, battery, charging port, counter or display, buttons and the body. The Combo is covered for 1 year. The Combo ELITE is covered for life, for as long as you own it. Sleeves and gel wear out with use and aren't covered.
